IDCA and its faculty actively collaborate with other institutions for research on the areas of epidemiology, non-pharmacologic interventions and cultural ecology of dementia care. The faculty are active participants in the Marikina Memory and Aging Project, a cohort of community dwelling elderly in Marikina City that is being followed up for various health and aging related issues.
